superb stay near gare saint-lazare
convenient locationeasy accesshelpful staff
i found the location convenient, right across from lazare station. this gave me easy access to both the rer a and the metro. getting to versailles and cdg airport was surprisingly quick. the staff provided a pocket-sized map, a great help . it clearly marked key locations and metro and rer lines!

The hotel has a great location near a large metro station. the room included ample storage space, more than i have seen in many us hotels. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Their greeting was always warm.
the towels in my room had some stains on them.

The staff were very helpful and kind throughout my stay. the reception desk operates 24/7, which offers great flexibility for late arrivals. staff assisted with directions. They did so cheerfully.

i was happy with the proximity to the train station. the room felt spacious for the location. the air conditioning worked very well during a hot day.
my room had a slight mildew smell. the carpet near the bathroom felt a bit wet. the shower drain was slow, so water sometimes went into the bathroom.
